    Anna Elizabeth “Libby” Hale, 88, of Ironton, OH passed away Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Community Hospice, Ashland, KY.  She was born July 20, 1930 in Lawrence County, OH, daughter of the late Edwin and Grace Mann Fullerton.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack William Hale; one son, Bill Fullerton; one grandson, David Fullerton; two brothers, Bobby and Billy Fullerton and two sisters Margaret Bowman and Ruth Thery.  Libby was an avid reader and loved her children.  She is survived by one son, Jack D. (Brenda) Hale of South Point, OH; three daughters, Mary (Jack) Havard of Beaumont, TX; Pamela (Kevin) Holmes of Forestdale, OH and Bonnie Chapman of Ironton, OH; daughter-in-law, Bonnie Fullerton Aldridge of Forestdale, OH; one sister, Phyllis Hale; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.  Funeral Service will be Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at 12 PM at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Pastor Rob Hale officiating.  Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery NE, Grayson, KY.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.slackandwallace.com.
